What do Athletes need to have to complete twelve weeks of training and cross the finish line?
Athletes MUST have
• Running Shoes
• Bike (Any type, borrowed, used, or new)
• Bike Helmet
• Water Bottle
• Swim Cap (We provide thanks to generous sponsors!)
• Sports Bra
This list seems like a lot and can be overwhelming to a new athlete but remember, this is an investment in YOU. There are inexpensive options and mentors will guide new athletes in where to go, what to get, and most importantly, how to make sure it fits. Not all shoes, sports bras, and bikes are created equal.
